This notice covers the public TetherReach website, the contact form and email enquiries. Your account, payments and campaigns are covered by the privacy information and terms in the account environment.

When you email us or use the contact form
We use your name, email address and the information you share to answer your enquiry, at your request or to discuss a possible service. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Email is processed through Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or meet a legal retention obligation.
Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept. We measure page views and do not send message contents, query parameters or account details. Advertising personalization is disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences to stop new measurements in that browser. Videos load directly from our website.
Hosting and providers
The website is served through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical connection data to deliver pages and protect the service. Google processes email and, with consent, analytics data. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their data protection terms.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. You can also object, request restriction or, where applicable, request portability. Email hello@tetherreach.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority.
