LinkedIn automation for recruiters
TL;DR: TetherReach helps recruiters put a small, self-chosen list into a reviewed LinkedIn campaign. You review the invitation and follow-up before the desktop app does anything.
Start with a small, focused list
Choose the people you want to contact yourself. Import a CSV with a LinkedIn profile URL and fields you want to use in a message. Check the name, role and reason to connect first.
TetherReach does not build a candidate list or decide who fits a vacancy. That decision stays with you.
Write one reason to connect
Use the invitation for one clear reason. A first message after acceptance can build on it. Message variables can use fields from your own list.
Review every step as a draft before you approve the campaign. Keep the question small and leave out what you do not know about someone.
Try it yourself, no payment details
Create an account, import a small list and review your first campaign as a draft. Nothing is sent before you have checked it. Mac or Windows + Chrome; you install the desktop app yourself in fifteen minutes.
Let the app run the approved steps
The desktop app works on your Mac or Windows PC in a separate Chrome window. You choose active hours and limits. When someone replies, the next step stops for that person.
You can pause or stop a campaign at any time. An unclear result stays there for review instead of being tried again.
Keep the conversation personal
A reply is not a reason to push a fixed sequence. Read what the person wrote and continue only when it fits. Export your own list and message history when you need to keep it elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions
Can TetherReach find candidates for me?
No. You choose and import your own list. TetherReach helps with the reviewed LinkedIn steps after that.
Does follow-up stop when someone replies?
Yes. A reply stops the next step for that person in every campaign.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes, while a campaign runs. The steps run in the desktop app on your own computer.
