Waalaxy vs TetherReach: the same fields, filled in honestly

Published · updated Menno GottmerReading time 3 minutesComparison

TL;DR: Waalaxy vs TetherReach is cloud against your own computer. Since July 2026 Waalaxy runs fully in its cloud, with email steps and many integrations, from €19 per user. TetherReach runs on your Mac or PC in a separate Chrome window, from €19 per LinkedIn account per month, or €12 paid yearly, excl. VAT. Pick Waalaxy for LinkedIn plus email with your computer off; pick TetherReach to keep the work on your own computer.

How we compared

Menno Gottmer builds TetherReach, so this is not a neutral page. The rules are the same as in our Linked Helper comparison: the same fields for both, a source for every Waalaxy fact, and “not stated” where the vendor’s own pages say nothing. We opened Waalaxy’s public pages on 24 September 2026. We did not create an account or pay. TetherReach facts come from its code on the same day.

How it runs

Waalaxy dropped its Chrome extension in July 2026 and now runs campaigns in its cloud, so your browser and computer can be closed. TetherReach is a desktop app that opens its own Chrome window on your computer, where you sign in to LinkedIn yourself (how TetherReach runs). Waalaxy adds email steps and an email finder; TetherReach stays on LinkedIn.

Try it yourself, no payment details

Pace and replies

Waalaxy publishes fixed quotas per plan, for example 11 invitations a day on Pro. TetherReach starts a new account at 5 invitations and 10 messages a day, and you set every cap yourself on the limits page. Both stop the sequence when someone replies (how replies work).

Price and trial

Waalaxy charges per user. One plan with every feature. You pay per LinkedIn account. TetherReach shows prices excl. VAT (our pricing). Both give 14 days to try.

When Waalaxy is the better pick

Choose Waalaxy when campaigns must run with your computer off, you want LinkedIn and email in one sequence, need an email finder or connect many apps through Zapier or Make. It also has a Dutch website.

When TetherReach fits better

Choose TetherReach when you want LinkedIn to run from your own computer and browser, one plan with every feature, and a trial that never charges on its own.
